Since 1950, the name Hans Frauenschuh has been synonymous with craftsmanship from Kitzbühel, a place where nature and tradition have always dictated the pace of creation.
What began as a small tannery founded by Anna and Hans Frauenschuh has evolved into a family atelier devoted to timeless design and traditional craft.
Today, Elisabeth Frauenschuh and Matthäus Stern are leading the company into its third generation. Their vision is to preserve the quiet beauty of traditional techniques while allowing them to unfold in a contemporary setting.
Every piece carries the essence of its origin, either crafted in our own atelier or by selected manufactories that share our values. Each material is chosen with care, treated with respect and refined through mindful, sustainable processes.
